  • It is required to participate in a team of three members with diversity of gender.
  • 2. Do I need a team to participate?
  • No more and no less than 03.
  • 3. How many members are allowed for a team?
  • It is not allowed once completing online team registration.
  • 4. Can I change team member during the Competition?
  • It is not allowed once completing online team registration.
  • 5. Can our team submit idea pitching for more than 01 business topics
  • Training and leisure prize is designed with the aim of offering learning & development opportunities for winners. There is no cash conversion under any circumstances.
  • 6. Is it possible to convert training or leisure prize into cash?
  • Yes, the certificate of competition participation will be given to top 09, top 5, second runner-up, first runner-up and champion
  • 8. Will there be a certificate of participation after the competition?
  • In the event that the number of Players in a Team is reduced to less than 03 (three) members, the Team shall be disqualified. However, CCBVL reserves the right, not to disqualify the Teams in which a team member had a legitimate reason to leave their Team, as long as there are at least 02 (two) team members continuing the Competition. The reasons considered as legitimate by CCBVL are the following: pregnancy, accidents, pandemic, quarantine or hospitalization.
  • 9. What if we (part of us) are not available to attend the final presentation days?
  • 1. Is there any registration fee?
  • No, the competition registration is free.
  • Yes, you can submit multiple entries, the last entry will be taken as the final submission.
  • 7. Can I change pitching deck (by closure deadline of round 01) after completing submission?

  • Students must be equal or older than eighteen (18) years of age.
  • Students did not or have not joined internship programs at CCBV or other business units or representative offices of the Coca-Cola Company network in the world.

  • Every single player is only allowed to register in one team;

All deliverables must be done in English. Each team is required to submit 02 (two) files (*), in which:

  • 01 presentation deck (maximum 05 slides) to pitch an idea with the format of slide/page default as 16x9, submitted as PDF, AND
  • 01 creative clip (maximum 03 minutes) to present your idea as stated in your presentation deck
